Baking Saturday ..

Saturday morning, and its not raining!  In fact its the opposite to last weekend, the sun is out and although its a little chilly, there is not a rain cloud in sight!


So, it was a morning at home for the Butlers, and while Jo hit the garden and mowed the 'jungle' i decided it was time to do some baking.

This two minute video shows a few hours work, of baking an Orange Loaf, getting lunch ready, and generally having a tidy.  You will see that on a few occasions i had some help!

And this is the finished product, unfortunately it did not come out of the cake tin very well, so there is a little 'imperfection' and we have not tasted it yet, but i don't think it was too bad an effort!
