Day 1 Road Trip

As a very last minute thing we have hit the road and headed north. Our first stop is the city of Liverpool. Well actually our second stop as we made our first stop in Birmingham for lunch.

We are now in a hotel just up from the Albert Docks in the city of Liverpool.




We had a good journey up and arrived in Liverpool just after 6pm. After checking in to the hotel we headed out for a quick explore of the dock area and to of course find the Apple Store!




We then had to seek shelter due to a passing thunder storm!





It's now time for some sleep before a spot of breakfast and then a Beatles tour!!
