And it was a Good Friday. As mentioned we headed for Swindon on Good Friday to meet up with the Swindon gang and we had a really good day. The weather was on our side, glorious sun and blue skies meant a day in the garden and a trip to a farm.
When i say farm, well it was more of a garden centre, with some farm animals and a play area for the kids, however the kids loved it and i was calmed with there farm shop, which i have to say had some amazing stuff, and the the best cake collection. So the coffee and walnut cake kept me quiet!
Wayne got the gas BBQ out for tea, and we had a very good spread and came away very full after having a very good day. Poppy was exhausted, in fact over tired but loved play with the boys. All in all, a very good start to the weekend.
