For those of you that have been to the states before will know, they do not do a traditional 'English breakfast'. Now Jo is fine, she loves pancakes and that is an American specialty. They do perfect pancakes and Jo loves them. But i am always uncertain as to what to pick off the menu. However, i think i have found an alternative on this trip. French toast and bacon. The French Toast is dipped in cinnamon and it is freshly cooked and its lovely. Another American special is the way they do there bacon, its so crispy and works very well with the French Toast. So, as you can see from the picture, that was my birthday breakfast of choice and it was very nice!
