Breakfast - Havana Rooms, Lexington Avenue, New York

As is tradition, a breakfast while away is always subject to a blog entry, whether it meets the rules of a traditional 'cooked breakfast' or otherwise.

As you would expect while in the States, there breakfasts are slightly different, so they are never going to it a 10 out of 10 situation, however i present to you our first breakfast of our visit.

You are looking at a 'Grand Breakfast' which comprised of hash browns, eggs, bacon and pancakes.  Yes of course pancakes, and seeing as we missed Shrove Tuesday, we just had to.  Although i have to say, Jo would always go for Pancakes.
It was a very good breakfast, very filling and cooked really well.  The eggs were runny, the bacon was that amazing crisp bacon that the Americans do so well and 3 fluffy pancakes with of course syrup to drizzle over them!

So our first breakfast done, and it was very good .. and i would say a very worthy 8 out of 10!
