... however more significant for us was the 9th November 1941, because if that event had not happened then this blog would not be here!
Dad might not be here for us to celebrate with him in person today, however i am pretty certain that before he heads off to his celebrations, no doubt with Sinatra and Barber he will have checked up on us all and made sure that we had a smile for him today .. so if you havent yet .. Smile!
And finally, in true Butler Birthday tradition ... if Dad had been here, he would have been asked, as he would always ask us ...'how does it feel to be a year older!'
